Description:
A free hot meal and fellowship is available to everyone every Sunday afternoon from 4:00 p.m. until 5:10 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 406 Grant Street in Wausau. Meals are hosted by a volunteer group of Wausau churches committed to this local mission. Upwards of 120 local people come every Sunday afternoon. The churches which comprise the Community Sunday Suppers Group are: Immanuel Lutheran, First English Lutheran, First Presbyterian, First United Methodist, Mt. Sinai Congregation, St. Andrew Lutheran, St. Stephen Lutheran, St. Paul United Church of Christ, Footstep Fellowship, Mt. Olive Lutheran, Covenant Community Presbyterian Church and Unitarian Universalist.
