Siouxland Family Center Mission Statement: Empowering Families to Reach Their Fill Potential
Description:
The Siouxland Family Center houses four different agencies and several different programs. Health and Human Services of Nebraska can be found on the second floor and is very essential for many of the families served within the building. South Sioux City School also has several preschool classrooms in the center that cater to the low income population. We have a Head Start preschool classroom as well. Early Head Start can also be found in the center. This includes five classrooms and two Home Visitors that services low income 0-3 year-olds and their families. We also have a Little Learner Preschool and an After School Care program that is run by Boys and Girls Home of Nebraska as well. Having all these programs in one building gives families a central place to access the services they need for themselves and their families.
