We are a Non-profit organization located in Ventura County (Oxnard) since 1968. We provide services such as Rental Assistance, Legal Services, Utility Assistance, Home Weatherization, Food Program and Homeless Services.

Directions:

Located between Rose Ave and Oxnard Blvd off 5th Street. Cottage Animal Hopital will be on the corner of 5th and Richmond a right would be made if coming off Oxnard Blvd and a left if coming from Rose Ave. You can only turn on to Richmond one way, because railroad tracks are on the other side of the street.   Nearest Bus Stop: In front of CAVC building, 1 minute walk
