The mission of Presbyterian Homes and Services is to provide a broad continuum of care to older adults. The services provided will be of the highest quality and designed to promote independence, dignity, and well-being. Mill Pond is ten years old and we are owned by Presbyterian Homes of Minnesota who are celebrating their fifty years. We have independent assisted living apartments and health centers.
