This JC Penny- United Way and Youth Achieving Potential after school programs serves children between the ages 6 - 19 years of age. Our program participants have not been successful in school. Our goal for the after school programs is to help the children be successful in school and for those participants that are nearing graduation, ensure that they graduate from school. In order to accomplish this goal, we need tutors. Also we would like individuals to come to speak to the children to provide role models in how to become successful adults.

Echo House will train our volunteers.
