American Baptist Homes of the West, as an expression of Christian mission, seeks to enhance the independence, well being and security of older people through the provision of housing, health care and supportive services.

Description:
HarborView Manor is an Affordable Housing Senior Independent Living Retirement Community. We are a HUD 236 property with project based Section 8 vouchers available. We have a Social Service Coordinator to assist residents with outside agency help.

HarborView Manor has been serving low income Seniors with their housing needs since 1970. In 1999 ABHOW took over ownership of the property which was in financial distress and invested 1.5 million dollars in refurbishments.
