Provide transitional shelter and support for homeless women with substance abuse issues.

Description:
Phoebe House houses up to 16 women who are homeless and may, in addition, have psychological problems or drug and alcohol problems, specifically methamphetamines. Women may stay up to 18 months and are expected to abide by house rules. Residents receive group counseling, support, and information and referral for job training, education, etc.
