History:
ICSC, a 501(c)3 non profit agency, was established in response to the influx of Southeast Asian refugees and immigrants. Established in 1982, we remain located on the Eastside of Tacoma. The founding fathers were themselves refugees with the vision of providing services to their peers to help them adjust to life in the United States and the numerous challenges in that new life with the cultural differences and language and income barriers.
