Since 1991, United Way of Pierce County's Gifts in Kind program has been working to bring in-kind (product) donations to our nonprofit community. A wide range of local businesses and individuals donate everything from office furniture and equipment to toys and clothing. These donations are provided free of charge to area nonprofit organizations. Just about anything can become an in-kind gift:
office furniture
computers/office equipment/software
household furniture/items
building products/carpeting/paint
clothing/toys
working vehicles/appliances
entertainment/event admission tickets
When you become a donor...

you benefit because you are doing something great for the community, and it's tax deductible!
Participating nonprofit organizations receive a wide range of product donations allowing them to focus resources on direct client services helping to reduce overhead costs.
