United Way leads Snohomish County in community building by bringing the community together as a caring force to improve people's lives; we focus resources and knowledge to provide solutions addressing the most important needs in our community; we increase capacity for caring by building on the strengths of individuals and communities; we work collaboratively; we promote volunteerism; we connect people with community through gifts of time, talent, money, or products; we support youth involvement, and we deliver results that have impact.
