"To enhance the quality of life of medically fragile children by providing 24-hour healthcare services in a loving, family centered home guided by the values of dignity, compassion, sharing and stewardship."

Description:
Children's Country Home provides 24-hour skilled nursing care to medically fragile/technology dependent children from birth-18 years old. We are a residential home, staffed with RN's, LPN's, CNA's and one master's level social worker.
We provide respite, transitional, long-term and hospice care.
