Description: Interfaith Association of Northwest Washington is currently seeking members for their Board of Directors with expertise in the following areas, fund-raising, human resources, management, construction/maintenance and legal issues. Individual members of the Board of Directors, together with other members, are legally and morally responsible for all activities of the agency. Board members are also responsible for determining agency policy in the following areas:
  1. Ensure organization continuity
  2. Set organizational policy, review and evaluate organizational plans
  3. Carry out long range planning
  4. Ensure fiscal accountability
  5. Manage human resources
  6. Fund the organization
