The Marysville Community Food Bank needs drivers with a covered truck to pick-up donations from Marysville area grocery stores on Friday and/or Saturday mornings. Volunteer drivers are re-imbursed for their mileage. Drivers should be physically able to lift 40 lbs as loading and unloading of the truck is required. The grocery stores are very friendly as is the food bank staff. Most of our drivers have spent years volunteering, yet are getting older and like to have vacation time.
Drivers should have their own covered truck or van and a clean driving and policy record. This opportunity is sponsored by: Marysville Community Food Bank
