This is an opportunity for an individual to have a profound impact upon the residents of this community face to face as well as over the phone. Residents come to Brightmoor Community Center seeking to meet their needs. Individuals who come in are people who need assistance with food, clothing, shelter and community resources. For instance,volunteer community liaison would be able to assist for a mother and children are in need of assistance with food or other referrals.

The requirements would be as follows:1) ability to answer the telephone 2)provide over the phone communication with regards to resources 3) follow agency procedures for delivery of information to staff 4) participate in a 1 day orientation and training.
