At ART of Leadership Foundation (ALF), our mission is to inspire vision and leadership in young people, giving them the skills to succeed in their lives and to be leaders in their communities.

We are now in search of new leadership coaches to help in keeping our vision of "Teens Taking Charge" alive. ART of Leadership Coaches are the key to the success of our program. Our Coaches create personal relationships with each of their students and help them to understand and implement the skills and concepts of the program. Over time, our coaches and students create deep bonds with one another that often carry beyond the basic requirements of the program. Our mission is also directed to our coaches – if you do not gain value from being an ALF coach, we are not doing our job!

While we work with young people from middle school to high school, we are in particular need of coaches for our middle school program which meets every Tuesday afternoon in Detroit.
