We have a tremendous need for someone who can return calls to our clients who speak only Spanish. You would be able to retrieve calls from our voice mail at your home. You would then contact the client and explain what he or she needs to do to obtain a voucher. We presently have only one volunteer providing this service for our clients.

We provide complete training on how to retrieve messages, and on how our program works. Volunteers need to be polite, cordial, non-judgmental, and comfortable asking people questions about their income status.
