Description : Nava has established a Central Intake Site to serve as a first point of contact for clients in need of treatment or recovery support services. Assessment, treatment matching and referral to a treatment provider is completed by a central intake assessor. One call connects the client to quick, professional, county-wide treatment access Comprehensive clinical assessment is provided Face-to-face interviews with clinical staff trained in substance abuse and mental health Face-to-face interviews with recovery support services coordinators trained to identify barriers to recovery and familiar with community resources Clients are appropriately matched to clinical and recovery support services providers
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday / 8am-6pm
Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18yrs. old or older. Must be a resident of Dona Ana County.
Intake Procedure: Potential clients must come to our office and pick up an intake packet and schedule an appointment in person for an assessment.
Insurance Information: If client meets the eligibility requirements they are assigned a voucher that covers the expenses of treatment and recovery support services.
