Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday / 8am - 5pm On-call 5pm - 8am and Sat. & Sun
Eligibility Requirements: All medical equipment and respiratory equipment require a prescription from a physician. Most medical equipment is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances when ordered by a physician.
Intake Procedure: All referrals can be faxed or called in to Ambercare from a doctor or doctor's office. Walk-ins are welcome along with the doctors orders.
Insurance Information: Most medical equipment is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances.
Languages Spoken: English, Spanish
Fees: Negotiable on a case by case basis
