Description:
The Sheridan Academy is an accredited private school providing world-class education to Treasure Valley youth. Upon enrollment, students are administered standardized English and math tests. Based on these test scores, an individualized curriculum is created.
Students are grouped based on ability. A system of positive reinforcment is in place in our school to provide students with not only academic skills, but work place and college skills necessary for success in higher educational settings.

History:
Established in 1995, the Sheridan Academy provides quality education for students unsuccessful in a traditional school setting. Our students may have been bored with a traditional curriculum, they may have mild learning disabilities, or they may get lost in a class of 32-34 students.
By providing a customized curriculum, clear and precise expectations, and positive reinforcment for appropriate behavior, our students realize success and the value of a quality education to prepare them for success in a university.
