The purpose of My Brothers' Table is to provide a free hot meal on Sunday afternoons to all who come to eat.
Description:
My Brothers' Table is coordinated by a volunteer member of the parish, but the volunteers who cook and serve are from both within and outside the Trinity parish. Each week a team of at least four people prepares, serves, and cleans up after the meal. Volunteers are always welcome, either for one Sunday or to become part of a permanent team.Donations and United Way grants support this project, and Trinity Episcopal donates kitchen and dining space and energy. A local grocery store donates bread each week.
History:
My Brothers' Table has served Sunday meals in the Trinity Episcopal Church parish hall for over 20 years.
