Description:
The Idaho Foodbank, through programs like the Mobile Pantries and Backpack Program, strives to eliminate hunger in the area we serve. Our Pocatello facility currently partners with approximately 33 agencies to provide food to those in need. Partners include senior citizens centers, food pantrys, shelters, etc.

History:
We are a non-profit organization funded by private donations and charitable foundations. The Idaho Foodbank has 3 warehouses serving all of Idaho. The main warehouse is located in Boise with branches in Pocatello and Lewiston. Our Mobile Pantry serves rural communities with limited access to other food resources. The Eastern Idaho facility provides distribution to 22 communities through the Mobile Pantry distribution.
