The mission of Methodist Counseling Center is to provide low-cost and no-cost direct counseling services to individuals, couples and families and to offer educational programs that strengthen individuals, couples and families.

Description:
We integrate professional counseling and therapy with spirituality to achieve healing and growth. We provide affordable professional counseling with sensitivity for our diverse community. We meet clients where they are at in their development and offer skills and therapy designed to reduce divorce, family violence, neglect, and ineffectual parenting as well as improve overall mental health functioning.

History:
Methodist Counseling Center was organized as a non-profit organization providing reduced fee and free counseling to persons in need in the Boise Valley in September of 2006. The initial sponsorship has been offered by Boise First United Methodist Church, The Cathedral of the Rockies.
