Boise Rescue Mission Ministries is a faith-based non-profit organization providing food, shelter, clothing and an opportunity for men, women and children to turn their lives around. Volunteers play a major part in helping us to help those in need.
Description:
The BRMM serves over 650 meals per day and distributes clothing as well as provide nights of shelter to those in need. We also provide basic services to low-income individuals and families.
History:
The BRMM began helping people in Boise at one men's facility in 1958. Now there are three facilities for men (two in Boise and one in Nampa)and one shelter for women & children located in Boise. In addition to the four shelters, the ministry also works in an administration building and a warehouse facility located on Jefferson Street in Boise.
