Easter Seals-Goodwill is participating in a national pilot project to help young women with children who are leaving prison successfully reenter the community. Easter Seals-Goodwill provide comprehensive, wrap-around services to women ages 18-35 who are leaving prison and returning to Ada and Canyon counties. We need mentors to help encourage and support these women as they transition into the workforce, reunite with their children and become self-sufficient. Mentors need to be adult women. Training, background checks and mentor-mentee matching will be provided. We ask that mentors meet with mentees 1-2 times per month, and we invite mentors to participate in group mentoring and family strengthening opportunities as well. This opportunity is sponsored by: Easter Seals-Goodwill
