May 17 will occur a bike-a-thon with three routes: 10-mile, 25-mile, and 63-mile (metric century). We need volunteers to help with registration, water stops, and to ride on the front of tandem bikes with blind people riding behind. We also need volunteers to drive blind people to the start/finish point and to help haul supplies. Entry forms may be downloaded from the website below. Call for more information 343-1377. Volunteers and riders will receive a free lunch at the end of the ride. All participants have found this event stimulating and fun. Last year, more than 300 people rode in this event and all of them were excited.
Please call 343-1377 to discuss how you can participate. This opportunity is sponsored by: National Federation Of The Blind Treasure Valley Chapter
