The Office Assistant works a regular scheduled shift, sometimes in pair with another Office Assistant, and sometimes on their own. It is the Office Assistants that keep a.l.p.h.a. open 66 hours a week. a.l.p.h.a. requires more than 500 hours of volunteer service each month to stay open and operating at maximum efficiency.

Office Assistants answer phones, schedule appointments, and work on various volunteer projects, ranging from creative advertising, to making contacts for a.l.p.h.a. establishing strong relationship throughout the community.

Our office is ADA accessible. You must be able to multi-task and be self-directed.
