The mission of the Community Soup Kitchen of Goldsboro is to bring together people and resources of Wayne County to provide a daily meal for those who are hungry. Each person is welcome with understanding, dignity and without obligation.

Description:
We serve lunch Monday - Saturday 11:00 to 12:00. We need helping hands to prepare and serve the food.

History:
We have been serving Wayne County for 28 years and now we are at a new location. This is a community service to help individuals and families that are in need.

 I am the director of the NC Angels Pageant system, my queens and I have been volunteering at the soup kitchen for several years now. It really makes the girls fell good being able to serve those less fortunate. It was a great experience for all of us and we will be back to volunteer again.
