Afghan Care is a community-based organization that helps the Afghan refugee community in the Fremont, Union City and Hayward areas have access to all services available to them.

Description:
Afghan Care focuses on providing care and support for seniors and new arrivals within the Afghan American Community. We assist in providing transportation, and translators for elderly immigrants when they visit doctors or other medical personnel, facilitate community building, and assist Afghan refugee healthcare workers with information about how to retool and revalidate their credentials in the United States.
