The mission of Friendship Residential Care is to provide excellent service and care in a home-like setting for our elderly residents. Through our personalized care programs families are assured that their loved ones are provided comfort and assistance in physical environment and in personal care. Our trained staff and management are committed to giving our elderly residents the respect and attention they deserve. At Friendship we are dedicated to creating a family atmosphere where in their final years our residents can have a place they can be proud to call home

Description:
Friendship Residential Care is a single story building able to accommodate non-ambulatory and ambulatory residents in a semi-private or private room with a shared or private bathroom. All resident rooms and bathrooms are equipped with a call system to use to alert staff when assistance in needed. The facility grounds have gated perimeters and all exterior doors are installed with delayed-egress systems to ensure the safety of residents and to act as a diversion for those residents with mild memory impairment. Additionally, rooms with patio doors are equipped with an alarm system to alert staff when a patio door has been opened. These safeguards are designed only as a means to ensure that residents are properly supervised when they desire to venture onto the grounds outside.

• Beauty area where residents have the availability of a licensed beautician.

• Semi-private or private rooms,

• Three nutritious meals a day
• Between-meal snacks and refreshments
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs
• Laundry and linen service
• Twenty-four hour staffing
• Medication management according to physician’s orders
• Transportation arrangements
• Daily activities program
• Local telephone calls
• Cable TV in room
• Provisions for religious activities
