Walk Oakland Bike Oakland's (WOBO) mission is to improve neighborhood quality of life in Oakland by making walking and bicycling safe, accessible, easy and fun.
Description:
The goal of WALK OAKLAND - BIKE OAKLAND (WOBO) is to galvanize interest in improving Oakland's pedestrian and bicycling infrastructure by educating residents, workers, business owners, and commuters. Walk Oakland Bike Oakland and the Oakland Bicycle Coalition are glad to have the support of concerned citizens, businesses, and municipal representatives. WOBO was founded in 2006 and is still all volunteer managed and run.
