Description:
We provide quality Adult Day Health Care services for the frail elderly, disabled adults, and adults with Alzheimer's and other related dementia, and respite for their caregivers.

We serve the communities of Antioch, Pittsburg, Bay Point, Oakley, Brentwood, Knightsen, Bethel Island, and Discovery Bay.
