Established in 1977, Hospice of the East Bay (formerly Hospice and Palliative Care of Contra Costa) is a not-for-profit agency that helps people cope with life-limiting illnesses by providing medical, emotional and practical support for patients and families, regardless of the ability to pay.
Description:
Specialized services include Anna’s Program (for women with recurrent breast cancer), Comfort for Kids (pediatric hospice and palliative care), Skye’s Angels (perinatal hospice care), and Bruns House (in-patient hospice facility). Hospice of the East Bay is the respected leader in providing hospice care in Northern California.
