Pathways Hospice offers careful attention to detail; round-the-clock access to advice, reassurance, home visits, spiritual and grief support. Hospice cares for both the patient and family. The compassion and skills of the hospice team enhances quality of life during a patient's last months.
History:
Mid-Peninsula Hospice formed in 1976 and served its first hospice patient in 1977. In 1995, Vesper Home Care in the East Bay and Mid-Peninsula Hospice merged and in May 2002 changed out name to become Pathways Home Health & Hospice. For over 30 years Pathways has been offering a way of caring for patients at home that provides compassionate quality healthcare and promotes comfort, independence and dignity.
