Help home bound elderly to remain independent, viable members of their community by providing home visits. Many seniors are restricted to their home and need a person to talk to or provide them with needed services. Our agency provides a Friendly Visitor program of volunteers to talk once per week with seniors. We also provide Meals on Wheels. Additionally, we give help to seniors who need chores done around the house and we even do shopping for seniors. Our cafes give seniors a chance to socialize with each other while they enjoy a nutritious meal.

History:
Our agency has been around since 1968 helping seniors. We offered counselling, help with the developmentally disabled, and assistance to seniors so they could stay in their home instead of being forced to move to a facility. Since 1988, we have solely focussed on the needs of seniors.
