C.E.O. Women is an award-winning non-profit organization with a mission to help transform the lives of low-income immigrant and refugee women in becoming economically self-sufficient and integrated members of our society. We accomplish this mission by offering innovative new programs that bring together the worlds of entrepreneurship, asset education and English as a Second Language to equip women with the skills they need to succeed.
Description:
Without employable skills and an ability to speak English, immigrant and refugee women remain some of the poorest and most isolated members of our society. This condition only deepens over time. C.E.O. Women is working to get women participating in the economy as entrepreneurs so that they may become economically self-sufficient and integrated members of our society.
