Senior Services Foundation was formed for the purpose of improving the quality of life for San Leandro seniors.Our mission is to identify the needs of the seniors, advocating on the behalf of seniors, and developing services for seniors.
Description:
We actively recruit visitors to partner with a local senior weekly and to call them twice a week. When we go in to visit for the first time we assess whether they need help with food, housekeeping, etc. and give them referrals to local agencies.
