Description:
We help businesses in the area with our services--affordable healthcare, member referrals, networking opportuntites, and and arenas to engage in positive business growth, as well as holding events to stregnthen the bond between the community and its businesses. As the Tourist Bureau, we help the public gain knowledge about Martinez, and encourage a healthy business climate in the Martinez Area.
History:
The Martinez Area Chamber of Commerce was started in 1819 by like-minded individuals who were looking for a positive change in the business climate of the area. Each year, the Chamber works with the community to create synergy to improve the community and the Martinez business climate. In 2002, the Chamber took on the responsiblity of running the Tourist Bureau and Information Center, which aids all people wanting information about the area.
