Assistant for Social Profit Arts and Aging Organization

You will be part of the team of people that puts on the annual Art of Aging Festival (songwritingworks.org/festival) and is producing the Bay Area's First Creative Aging Resource Guide. You will be researching Bay Area organizations and individuals doing arts programs with elders; you will be researching businesses who are potential advertisers; fielding information inquiries from the public; following up with advertisers; organizing the office; assisting the Managing Director.

You are computer literate, including e-mail, word processing and Excel. You are a people person with good communications skills; you have good telephone and organizational skills. Your time commitment is 5 hours per week.
