Teens 16+ to be CIT, Counselor in Training at RESIDENTIAL (sleep-away) camp near Santa Cruz. Teen will live in tent with another CIT, sleeping near cabins under the supervision of adults Coordinator/Counselor. Teen will assist adult Counselors with supervising teen and adult developmentally disabled campers. They will assist with all recreational activities as well as personal assistance. Activities include daily swimming, arts/crafts, music, sports, dance. EXCELLENT experience for those teens interested in teaching, medicine, nursing, psychology, recreation. Must be mature, compassionate, patient, able to follow directions, and accept supervision. Teens will have a 11pm curfew at Camp Krem and will not be allowed off camp unless they are with a supervising adult.
