The Childwatch Center at the Downtown Berkeley YMCA is seeking volunteers to work weekday, evening and weekend shifts. The Childwatch center is for children of members of the YMCA to have a safe place to go and play while their parents work out. If you have experience working with children 7 years old and under, have four hours a week and can make a 6 month commitment, this is the position for you! Patience, fun-loving, experience working with young children. You do not need to be CPR and First Aid trained to work as a volunteer, but you can take this training at the YMCA at a great discount.
