The Berkeley Boosters PAL is a 23 year old non-profit agency that has spent the last 4 years developing a dynamic Board of Directors, improving the quality and reach of our direct services to at-risk youth, and being recognized locally, regionally, and statewide for innovative juvenile delinquency prevention programs. We are currently in the first year of a 5 year strategic plan to grow the agency, and are seeking an interested volunteer or team of volunteers that would like to develop, practice, or hone financial development skills. The Volunteer Development Director position would be responsible to assist our Executive Director in planning, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive 5 year Development Plan for the agency.

This person will work with a wide range of financial development tools - from grant writing to special event planning, to direct mail, donor acquisition, donor development. You will have an opportunity to work with a dynamic Board of Directors, a cross section of important community members and make a lasting impact in the lives of countless young people!
