The mission of JCDS is to build resources to meet the needs and enhance the lives of persons with developmental disabilities and their families.

Description:
We serve adults with developmental disabilities in Johnson County. We try to shape the services we provide to fit each persons preference. Services include Residential, Employment, Life Enrichment and Case Management. At the Elmore center in Lenexa individuals work on various jobs including assembly and packaging.
