Document Shredding Event, Saturday June 21
Bridging The Gap is hosting another one of its popular document-shredding events, and 20 volunteers are needed to help! This is a great way to help people protect themselves against identity theft and also be able to recycle their shredded documents.
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED TO VOLUNTEER. Volunteers will help unload cars and carry documents to the shredder, which will be operated by PROSHRED ®. To sign up, call Laura O’Brien at 816-561-1061, ext. 109 or e-mail lobrien@bridgingthegap.org. All volunteers will be required to sign a waiver, and for volunteers younger than 18, the waiver must be co-signed by a parent or legal guardian. Minimum age to volunteer is 14.
