The American Stroke Foundation partially relies on grant funding for the support of the programs, services and operations that make a difference in the lives of those who are affected by stroke. A grant writer/assistant will work with the Program Director/grant writer to set meetings up with potential funders, will research potential opportunities, will write needs statements and proposals to send to potential funders. The ASF is a unique facility with established collaborations and the grantwriter/assistant will be able to see proposals that have been successfully funded. Good organization and excellent writing skills are required. Previous experience writing proposals or grants would be helpful, but is not required. This opportunity is sponsored by: American Stroke Foundation
