The Community Recycling Centers need you to help reduce the amount of trash going to the landfill! Bridging The Gap manages recycling centers in Kansas City, MO, and Overland Park, KS that are open every week and are almost completely staffed by volunteers (each center is managed by a staff member). The centers offer volunteer opportunities every week. Scheduling is flexible - whatever amount of time you have to give is appreciated! Great opportunity for individuals and groups, as well as students with volunteer service requirements. Work is outdoors, so volunteers should dress for the weather. Ability to work outside and ability to lift/carry recyclables. Ages 8 and up may volunteer, but any children under 14 years old must have parent supervision. This opportunity is sponsored by: Bridging the Gap
We need volunteers who are free at these times
