Our dining room program allows our clients to make their own choices, encourages conversation, and fosters a home-like environment. As a volunteer, you would help to serve the meals to the client. The staff/volunteers then sit with the clients as they eat to offer assistance (refills, extra servings, etc) as needed. Volunteers would then stay to help with cleanup. This would involve clearing the tables to prepare for the dishes to be returned to the kitchen for cleaning. This opportunity is available Monday-Friday from 11:45 until around 1:00pm. All volunteers must fill out a criminal history form prior to beginning volunteer service. This opportunity is sponsored by: Marian E. Burch Adult Day Care And Rehabilitation Center
