Blackstone Valley Community Health Care is a federally qualified, JCAHO accredited health center. It provides a full range of services from pediatrics, internal medicine, family medicine, midwifery and OB/GYN, as well as dental and behavioral health services. We provide the highest quality, lowest cost health care possible to the patients in the community.
