The Canaan Dog Rescue Network (CDRN) was established in July 2004 with the mission of helping owners, breeders, and shelters pair Canaan Dogs in need of a new home with a forever home.
Description:
We assist owners, breeders, and shelters in finding a new home for purebred Canaan Dogs. We are small tight knit community of owners, breeders and fanciers. All Officers, Directors, Coordinators and Foster Homes offer their time on a 100% volunteer basis. The people who work in this organization care greatly for the breed and the organization itself. The only reward is hearing stories of Canaan Dogs in their new dens and seeing pictures from their new owners.
History:
Canaan Dog Rescue Network (CDRN) was established in 2004 by two Canaan Dog fanciers. Since then we have grown to incorporate international volunteers led by a Board of Directors. Currently our organization takes in purebred Canaan Dogs in need of a new home. These dogs often require temporary foster care to ready them for adoption.
