Description:
1810 Federal style mansion located in the heart of Bristol, RI. Offering guided tours from May through October that trace the eccentricities of the DeWolf and Colt families as well as the history of slavery, architecture, and colonial life in Bristol. Gift Shop is open year-round and offers a wide array of historically-centered gifts. 19th century sculpture garden surrounds the grand mansion on 1.8 acres and is attended to entirely by volunteers. Linden Place offers a wide array of programs throughout the year including concert series, lectures, children's camp and Fourth of July celebrations.
