The mission of the Alzheimer's CURE Foundation, Inc. is to dramatically accelerate the cure for Alzheimer's disease. To accomplish this, we are introducing the concept of healthy and vibrant competition to the medical and scientific community with a major cash prize - at the "Finish Line". Our goal is to raise and award a $20 million cash prize that will go to the first scientist(s) who discover the cure for this insidious disease - a powerful driving force towards that end. The Alzheimer's CURE Foundation will serve as a catalyst that will spur medical research to exciting new heights and at a record-braking speed. Please visit our website at www.alzcure.org to learn more about us.
Description:
By adding a new, different, ground-breaking dimension to the field of medical research and introducing the concept of healthy and vibrant competition - a powerful driving force towards the cure - the benefits, ultimately, to all of humankind will be immeasurable. We are a unique organization in the area of Alzheimer's with an innovative and powerful approach towards the cure that is making medical history. What we are doing is not only unique in Alzheimer's - we are also unique amongst all other health-related organizations.
Although immensely significant in and of itself, the cure for Alzheimer's will go way beyond that. Ultimately, people of all ages will benefit from this one cure: from preemies and infants with neurological disorders, to children with autism and other disorders, to adults with stroke-related brain damage as well as many other neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Lou Gehrig's, Huntington's, etc. The door towards a cure will open wide for all the above and many more brain-related diseases as well as for all other forms of dementia. This ONE PRIZE will ultimately impact THE CURE FOR SO MANY DREADED DISEASES.
